It organises every partner into four prominence tiers so that an LLM building the wiki gives each the right amount of space — deliberately not equal billing — and carries the complete editorial safeguards.

Why this source governs

Where this document and the earlier review draft overlap, this one is more current and more explicitly wiki-ready. Its tiering logic is the structural backbone of this wiki, and its safeguards section is reproduced in full at Editorial safeguards.

Weighting logic

• Tier 1 — Hub. NIPG / ELTE is the informatics and AI centre of the whole ecosystem. Every other technical capability — speech processing, multimodal behaviour analysis, avatar interaction, rehabilitation systems — either originates there or passes through it. NIPG is the connective technical layer.
• Tier 2 — Core working partners. Semmelweis/VIKOTE (clinical site, funded avatar-therapy grant), Speech Gap (the concrete measurement technology being integrated), and Argus Cognitive (the clinical-AI translation case study). These have active, named, funded or contractual substance behind them.
• Tier 3 — Strategic partners. Michael Benros/Denmark (large-scale data and validation opportunity) and White Unicorn/Erik Szabó (venture-building and ecosystem layer). Real and important, at an opportunity/relationship stage.
• Tier 4 — Supporting evidence. Sorbonne, Delft/MeMo, DFKI, Richter/Colleyeder. Historical collaborations or one-off projects that support NIPG’s credibility. No prominence of their own.

Key claims

• Per-tier wiki framing instructions are given explicitly. NIPG’s page should be written as “the lab that builds and connects the AI.” Semmelweis is “the funded clinical anchor — where NIPG’s methods meet a real patient population.” Argus is “what NIPG-style research looks like once it’s a product,” used to teach the translation path, not as an ecosystem partner with a formal agreement. Benros and Szabó are to be kept “aspirational and specific, not implied-agreed.”
