What this wiki is for
A source-based partner discovery and project formation resource. It supports four kinds of activity:
- Presenting existing research, technical, clinical and translational capabilities.
- Identifying data resources and opportunities for harmonised new data collection.
- Converting collaboration ideas into reviewable and auditable projects.
- Matching projects with national, European, foundation and industrial funding.
The path from idea to project

What a good first conversation establishes
- Which clinical question is being asked, by whom, and why it matters now.
- What data exists or would need to be collected, and under what authorisation.
- Which capability is genuinely needed, and at what readiness level it currently sits.
- Whether the work is research, validation, or product — the three have different requirements and different timelines.
- Who owns clinical and who owns technical responsibility.
